HSE Inspector

All trainees who pass the HSE inspector recruitment training will be employed by 360 Security Solutions Oy to fixed-term contracts at the Rauma shipyard. The HSE monitoring task focuses on work safety and fire safety management. Work safety monitoring includes use of personal protective equipment and supervision of the work environment. Fire safety management means a broad understanding of the significance of overall fire safety and good initial firefighting skills. At the Rauma shipyard, four platforms are being built for the needs of the Finnish Defence Forces. The shipbuilding project is expected to end by 2029. Recruitment training (26.10–4.12.2026) concluded with success will lead to employment with 360 Security Solutions Oy on varied fixed-term contracts. We expect applicants to have fluent spoken and written Finnish and good ability to communicate in English, the required physical fitness, willingness to work in shifts (shifts are typically 12 hours), a clean background, willingness to learn, proactive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and for training eligibility to include successful completion of fear-of-heights and phobia tests and medical examination. In addition, candidates are required to pass a security clearance conducted by the client.
