Happy Socks Pop Up - Sales Assistant / Supervisor

We are looking for cheerful and sales‑driven seasonal salespeople for Happy Socks Pop Up stores for the period 13.11.2026–5.1.2027. We will open Happy Socks Pop Up stores in eight shopping centers in Helsinki and Espoo: Kamppi, Forum, Tripla, Redi, Kaari, Sello, Iso Omena and Ainoa. We are seeking both salespeople and supervisors. The positions vary from part‑time to more substantial weekly hours. What we value most is a cheerful and active attitude. You enjoy interacting with customers and aim to deliver good sales. You should approach customers, help, suggest and make purchasing easy and fun. You also ensure the store looks good and products are orderly. You notice what should be done next and take action. Requirements include a cheerful and proactive customer service mindset, a desire to sell and achieve results, initiative and a proactive work attitude, tidiness and organisation, a willingness to develop store operations, and flexibility to work morning and evening shifts and weekends. Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but attitude, personality and willingness to learn are decisive. We also seek supervisors who actively participate in sales and take responsibility for daily store operations, such as ensuring shifts run smoothly, the store is in good condition, goals are known to the team, and a positive atmosphere remains during busy days.
