Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and know kiosk products and campaigns
- Upsell and suggest new products, remind about campaigns
- Maintain kiosk cleanliness and abundant product displays
- Make sure customers and colleagues feel welcome; create the best moment for each customer
- Receive thorough training and opportunities to grow in sales and service; potential to join Trainee program toward R-entrepreneurship and own a kiosk
- Be available for on-call shifts
- Flexible scheduling around sick leaves, vacations, and busy periods
Requirements
- Friendly and cheerful customer service attitude

- Independent and responsible approach to work
- Hygiene passport (can be completed during probation if not currently held)
- Possibility to work in two-shift schedule
