Remote Solutions Sales Specialist

We are looking for a sales professional with a passion for fitness and wellbeing. Our team currently faces more inbound contact requests than we can handle from start to finish, so we want an etäratkaisumyyjää who will see conversations through to the end: assess the situation, help the client see their path, and decide on a solution when it is right for them. The role is fully remote regardless of location. In practice you will: conduct free, 30–60 minute discovery conversations via video with people who have themselves requested contact from our ads or email list; avoid cold calling by engaging with people who have already expressed interest; map the client’s starting point and goal, and propose the solution that genuinely helps achieve it; handle objections calmly and move the negotiation toward closing; perform follow-ups systematically; keep CRM and calendar up to date and participate in weekly sales meetings. The compensation is commission-based, with a realistic monthly invoiced range of €2,000–€5,000, and potentially higher as sales grow. You can invoice as a sole proprietor or through your own company. Bonus points for: experience training women 40+ in fitness/wellbeing, remote/telephonic sales of high-ticket services, experience as a trainer/physiotherapist, personal experience with lifestyle changes, CRM/tooling fluency, and experience with AI tools.
