Ohjaaja (AMK) lastensuojelun sijaishuoltoon

We are recruiting a purpose-driven facilitator for out-of-home care in child welfare. The role is a fixed-term substitute from 4 September 2026 to 31 August 2027. The caregiver will act as a trusted mentor and responsible adult for a young person in a seven-bed foster care unit (Myllylinna) located in Turku Kakskerta. The team emphasizes collaboration with guardians, school, and other networks; duties include participation in care quality reporting, evaluation, and development. We offer support from a respectful supervisor, training opportunities in collaboration with TAMK via Sospro Academy, comprehensive occupational health care, and a private social sector collective agreement salary level G23D (2723.92–2969.00 €) with the possibility of extra allowances for training-related raises (50–160 €/month). Applicants must hold a higher education degree in social/health or education (e.g., social work or nursing). Evening, night, and weekend shifts are included; six-month probation applies. A driving license, hygienic pass, and social and health care professional license are required. The role is governed by the Private Social Services Sector Collective Agreement; a criminal background check is required.
