The position is a kitchen workshop/operational trainee role focused on preparing meals for the lunchtime service for the pajayhteisö. The work includes learning professional coffee preparation and customer service in the popular Kuussa cafe. The trainee will complete a hygiene pass during the work period. The program includes small-group coaching and physical activity. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 15:00. Support is provided for arranging daily tasks and future planning such as job and study search. The Youth Workshops are for residents of Vantaa aged 18–28 who are unemployed. Instruction is in Finnish, and the language level must be sufficient to understand instructions in Finnish.
