Job Details
Responsibilities
- Reconcile and improve Finance Operations processes around payment flows, PSP settlements, seller payouts, seller reporting
- Transform data into accounting-ready transaction data
- Develop finance reporting based on payment and transaction data
- Analyse data discrepancies and root causes
- Automate recurring finance tasks using Excel, Looker, Python, AI-powered workflows
- Collaborate with Product, Seller Relations and Accounting
- Support sellers with finance-related questions
- Document processes and grow into the role
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–3 years of professional experience in accounting, audit, finance operations or similar role
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with Looker or similar BI/reporting tools
- Interest in Python or automation
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
