Early Childhood Education Teacher

Varhaiskasvatuksen opettaja sought for permanent position at Tiedonjyvän päiväkoti. The daycare operates as a home base with one group of children, in a space designed for acoustics, activity differentiation, and multi-age interaction. You will be part of a three-educator team, and we value listening to the group’s wishes. We emphasize sensitive work approach and family appreciation, and aim to build a warm, playful, and safe working culture. We participate in ProVaka (positively learning groups) and expect proactive pedagogical development. Relocation aid is available for moves from outside the city limits after six months for permanent roles in early childhood education, special education, and daycare leadership. Salary is 3129.71–3234 EUR/month with supplements for degree qualifications and an extra Master’s degree allowance; experience-based raises 3–8%.
