You will be part of Silmäasema’s top team at the Espoo Iso Omena and Lippulaiva stores, working in the Espoon Iso Omenan store and the Lippulaiva store as a sales professional who thrives in a close multidisciplinary team. The role blends customer-centric service, professional knowledge, and offering quality products and services. You will work 30 hours per week under a permanent contract. Work locations are the Iso Omena and Lippulaiva stores in Espoo, with shifts scheduled according to store hours. Compensation follows the Kaupan TES wage table (B) with fair commission targets. The start date is as soon as possible, but no later than 1 Oct 2026. The contract is formed between Silmäasema and the employee. Your daily tasks include guiding customers in eyewear frame and lens selection, handling sales from order to completion, greeting patients visiting doctor and optician appointments, handing over completed glasses or sunglasses and performing small repairs, and booking examination appointments according to customer needs.
