Resource Childcare Worker

We are looking for a resource childcare worker to support our Swedish-language daycare centers in Vanda (Håkansböle and Trollebo). The role involves providing children with safety, care and support in daily routines, assisting the pedagogical teams across groups, and contributing to an inclusive working culture. The worker will collaborate with multiprofessional colleagues and help strengthen children’s social and emotional skills through everyday interactions. The position is a fixed-term contract for the 2026–2027 school year with a nominal weekly workload of 38h 15min, full-time, and a starting date in August 2026. Requirements include the ability to work in a team, communicate respectfully with children, colleagues and guardians, and respond to individual needs.
