We are seeking a skilled A la Carte cook for Helsinki on a gig/temporary basis. In this role you will primarily work in service, taking responsibility for your own station and for the preparation and finishing of dishes. The locations will vary, allowing you to work with different A la Carte concepts and professional kitchen teams. In gig work, your skills and ability to join a new kitchen quickly are valued. You should have a strong mise en place mindset, manage your station, and be able to work efficiently even under pressure. Shifts are available on weekdays and weekends, mainly in the evenings. Through gig work you can choose shifts that fit your schedule. We expect prior experience in an A la Carte kitchen and the ability to work independently.
