Nurse

We are looking for four temporary nurses to join the surgical department team at Ahvenisto Hospital in Hämeenlinna. The placements are two long-term: one until 31 December 2026 and three until 30 April 2027. The unit handles both emergency and elective patients, and work is on a three-shift schedule. Start date can be immediate or by agreement, preferably by 1 October 2026. The surgical ward emphasizes teamwork and flexible, independent work, with organizational skills and resilience highlighted in a dynamic environment. A prior background in surgical nursing is preferred, but we also welcome motivated candidates with the right attitude. The hospital has moved to Ahvenisto in March 2026; facilities are modern with good public transport access and parking.
