Cahkal is a family-owned boutique hotel established in 2022 in Kilpisjärvi village. Cahkal Hotel offers an authentic and luxurious experience with modern design and Arctic hospitality, using the best local and seasonal ingredients from traditional Arctic kitchen, set against the stunning Arctic wilderness. The hotel is located 400 kilometers north of the Arctic Circle, in the northwesternmost part of Finland, near the Midnight Sea. We are seeking a WAITER/WAITRESS for the winter season 2026-2027 in Kilpisjärvi’s beautiful scenery. The role involves versatile waiter duties with emphasis on à la carte service in a very versatile position at a new hotel, in the centre of Kilpisjärvi village. The employment is fixed-term. Start in December and duration is estimated to early April 2026. We expect: training and/or experience in serving, ability to work independently, motivated and solution-oriented approach, genuine cheerful attitude to customer service, desire to experience Kilpisjärvi’s atmosphere and live in a real mountain village in the middle of nature, Finnish and English language skills.
