Your project assignment will preferably be Turku, Vantaa or Kuopio, but we operate nationwide in a hybrid model, so other offices are also possible. In this role you will influence your tasks and work independently on various modules, creating solutions. You will receive thorough onboarding and the support of a capable team in your day-to-day work. Your daily duties include: leading named projects; being responsible for project finances, quality and safety; sales and maintaining and developing customer relations. You will fit at Caverion if you have: previous experience in similar roles; experience leading KVR projects; an electrical or energy engineering degree (engineer or MSc); fluent written and spoken English; strong organizational and stress-resilience skills; a customer-oriented mindset; a responsible and determined work attitude and the ability to lead projects toward goals; the ability to work both independently and in a team; a desire to build collaboration and to develop yourself and your skills; a problem-solving mindset. A category B driving license and willingness to travel are required for the role.
