We are seeking an earthworks worker (loader operator assistant) in Hämeenlinna, forapproximately a couple of months. The role involves on-site earthworks tasks such as trenching, backfilling, finishing and other traditional earthworks at the construction site. Prior experience in earthworks is expected, along with an independent and safe work attitude. Requirements include experience in earthworks, valid professional safety card (if not present, it must be arranged before work starts), good Finnish language skills (supervisor speaks Finnish), high work ethics, and good social skills for working with people even in challenging situations. We offer a salary aligned with the infra TES according to your competence, paid twice a month, with a training period and daily support for work matters.
