If you’re looking for an environment where you can make an impact and grow your career, we invite you to explore the opportunity below.What you will be doingFinancial Reporting: Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance for all legal entities in scope.General Ledger Management: Monitor and review general ledger accounts to guarantee the accuracy of financial information during period-end closings.Operational Tasks: Independently handle daily, monthly, and ad-hoc tasks within the team’s scope, including performing closing activities as per the group schedule.Audit Assistance: Collaborate with auditors during interim and year-end audits, providing necessary data and resolving queries.Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison with customer service, sales teams, and Financial Controllers to address and resolve issues.Process Documentation & Compliance: Maintain and update process documentation (e.g., DTPs, Process Maps) while ensuring adherence to internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to standardize and enhance processes, contributing to global initiatives.Team Support: Provide guidance to less experienced team members and support your team lead in achieving operational goals.What you need to succeed Experience:At least 6 years of professional experience in accounting, with 4+ years in general ledger accounting.Practical knowledge of accounting or audit processes.Experience working with SAP Finance and reconciliation tools like Blackline. Skills:Strong proficiency in MS Excel.Excellent task and time management abilities.Analytical mindset with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail, accuracy, and a proactive approach to work.Teamwork and collaboration skills, with a positive attitude.Ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize effectively. Languages:Very good written and spoken English.
