Saxdor Yachts is a Finnish premium boat brand, founded in 2019 and headquartered in Helsinki. It has become one of Europe’s fastest-growing boat manufacturers, known for combining modern design, performance, and smart functionality. The company builds boats from 20 to 46 feet, operating globally through a dealer network. Since March 2026, Saxdor is part of Malibu Boats Inc. We are looking for a Sourcing Manager responsible for sourcing across categories, building supplier base, leading RFQs, negotiating terms, and ensuring supplier readiness for projects and volume ramp-ups. The role involves working with direct materials impacting production, quality, and lead time, in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Production, and Quality teams. Key responsibilities include leading category sourcing, RFQs, supplier evaluation, negotiations, drafting agreements, cost and risk analysis, ensuring supplier readiness, managing supplier performance, supporting make-vs-buy initiatives, collaborating on NPI and change management, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. The ideal candidate has +3 years experience in sourcing or procurement, with knowledge of direct materials and manufacturing supply chains, solid understanding of commercial terms and contracts, proven ability to assess supplier capacity and manage risks, proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP knowledge is a plus, calm under pressure, able to work in a fast-paced environment, fluent in English and Finnish, with Swedish as an advantage, and willingness to travel.
