Robotic welder: We are seeking a robotic welder for our customer company to strengthen the production team. In the role you will work as part of the steel construction production and be responsible for welding steel structures with the modern AGT BeamMaster welding robot. The job offers you the opportunity to exploit and develop your robotic welding skills on diverse steel structures. The position suits a person with experience in welding and an interest in automation and modern production technology. Your duties include welding steel structures with the AGT BeamMaster welding robot; operating the welding robot and managing programs; adjusting welding parameters and monitoring the process; preparing, positioning and fixturing parts to be welded; inspecting weld finish and performing necessary repairs; interpreting technical drawings and welding instructions; daily robot cleaning and maintenance; ensuring production quality and schedules; collaborating with the rest of the production team. We look for a careful and proactive person with prior MIG/MAG welding experience and an interest in robotic welding. Beneficial: prior experience with welding robots; robot programming skills; knowledge of adjusting and optimizing welding parameters; experience in steel structure fabrication; experience welding S355 and S420 steels; valid welding certifications; prior experience using AGT BeamMaster welding robot.
