Electrical Designer

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Electrical Designer to join our team. You have a desire to develop in the role and to take more responsibility in the future. Projects focus on electrical automation for industrial environments with international clients. The primary workplace is in Vantaa or at the client’s site, but hybrid work is possible. Your duties include: managing electrical design and implementation within your area for projects of varying scope, drafting technical documents such as diagrams, specifications and test reports, collaborating closely with other design disciplines, the automation and mechanical teams, and customers, and, when needed, participating in commissioning and testing and supporting customers during the ramp-up phase. We expect you to have a Diploma Engineer or Engineer degree (AMK/YAMK), at least 3 years of experience in electrical systems design and project work, fluent Finnish and English skills, the ability to work independently and take responsibility, experience with EPLAN or similar design software, and experience with electrical design of automation systems. Desirable additional knowledge includes drive tech, automation and conveyor electrification, PLC programming, marine or railway electrification, electrical installation experience, and commissioning experience.
