Early Childhood Education Teacher

A dedicated early childhood education teacher position in Vantaa. The role involves implementing a sensitive and safe everyday life for children with the child at the center of activities. You should be prepared to engage, deviate, and make the child’s day joyful and full of learning. Work is done in a team with another teacher and a child care assistant; we are seeking a teacher to join as a substitute, with potential for permanence. You will work in Illenpihan unit as part of the Illenpihan early childhood unit together with Illenpuisto, in a culture of experimentation and supportive team members. ProVaka is used as the developmental model to support children's social skills; you will operate according to this principle with the unit’s staff. Requirements include strong Finnish written and spoken language skills, good collaboration, and commitment. The position is full-time and temporary, with a six-month trial period.
