We are currently seeking nurses to join our on-call circle, with a readiness to work highly urgent shifts in Lapinjärvi and nearby areas. The need is especially for shifts starting on short notice, so flexibility and willingness to start work with short notice are appreciated. Job description: We offer on-call opportunities mainly in private care homes and assisted living units for seniors in Lapinjärvi and nearby municipalities. Your duties will include basic care tasks for a healthcare assistant and medication administration if you have valid medication privileges. Tasks vary based on unit needs and complexity. Shifts mainly include morning and evening hours. We are currently looking for graduates who can take shifts quickly – same-day shifts and evening shifts are actively available. We expect: readiness for on‑short-notice on-call shifts; readiness to work with diverse clients; vaccination protection as per infectious disease act; valid medication licenses are considered an advantage (not mandatory). We want to be part of developing the operation of care units and hope you will help influence the quality of care in Lapinjärvi.
