Developer

The Developer will design build and optimize PySpark based data solutions that support analytics and content decision making for a global media and entertainment organization. The role involves hybrid work collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver reliable data pipelines improve audience insights and enable data driven strategies that enhance content performance and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include design of PySpark data pipelines, implementation of optimized PySpark code for batch and near real time data processing, collaboration with data engineers analysts and product teams, development of reusable data frameworks for streaming video on demand and advertising data, data quality checks, integration of data from multiple platforms, optimization of storage formats, collaboration with stakeholders to deliver data outputs, documentation of designs and configurations, ensuring compliance with data governance and security standards, troubleshooting production pipeline issues, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
