Earthmoving Worker

We are seeking earthwork workers for sites in the Uusimaa region. The role involves working as a partner to the excavator operator, ensuring correct trench depths for cables and sewers, and installing pipes and manholes. Some work is also done with a shovel. The role is physically demanding and requires good fitness. Prior experience in earthworks and in operating trenching lasers is preferred. A positive attitude and motivation to work are highly valued. We frequently have multiple worksites and plan to keep you employed after one project finishes by moving to the next site. We offer a fair wage in line with the infra sector collective agreement, and provide quality workwear and gear. When needed, we provide training and arrange courses, and offer guidance on employment matters. It helps to have your own car to travel between sites.
