IT Service Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT professional to join as Service Manager for the finance systems at our headquarters in Helsinki (Ruoholahti). In this role you will have the opportunity to develop finance operations and IT services and contribute to the development of the company-wide IT governance. The role involves participating in the management of Valio’s finance processes, ensuring the best solutions for the finance organization and maintaining finance systems. You will help shape the future SAP environment (S/4 HANA) with automation and reporting, act as a proactive link between business requirements and digital solutions, ensure services are up to date, manage vendors, and drive service quality, continuity and development. We expect: experience with SAP Finance processes, project management and service development; vendor management; S/4 HANA knowledge is a plus; experience supporting finance systems with Continuous Services and vendors; understanding of modern IT trends and ability to work with multiple partners; excellent collaboration and communication skills and willingness to work in a change environment; fluent Finnish and English; educational background suitable for the role or equivalent on-the-job learning.
