Technical Development & Support Specialist in the Building division, based in Milan (central area) with one day of smart working per week. The role is part of ROCKWOOL Italy’s Technical Development & Support team, serving as the technical reference point for sales, technical promotion and marketing to develop solutions that meet customer needs. The specialist provides high-level technical support to customers and the sales force, develops technical solutions, and maintains updated product documentation for ROCKWOOL insulation systems. Responsibilities include coordinating lab tests, participating in UNI Working Groups and company initiatives on sustainability, collaborating with internal departments to produce and update technical content, and supporting strategic Group projects. Requirements include a specialist degree in civil/architecture engineering or related field, several years’ experience in construction-related industries, fluent Italian and English, proficiency with Office, CAD, and thermal calculations software, strong organizational and communication skills, and willingness to travel domestically and abroad for field support and R&D activities. The role is full-time and located in Milan with a corporate package including a salary range of €37,000–€45,000 gross per year plus a collective bargaining agreement for small/medium industry, holidays and leave, healthcare, and development opportunities.
