Are you someone who has completed training in machine and production technology or who has gained experience in industry? You might be the person we are looking for. The position is permanent and full-time in Kerava. As an operator you will work in the manufacturing sector on the grinding and coating of industrial rollers. Your duties include glueing and coating of rollers, winding after coating, protecting axles and other surfaces for vulcanization, vulcanizing rollers, and maintaining the roller stock. The job also includes machine maintenance, tool inventory, SAP entries, and keeping your workstation, machines and surrounding area clean. The work is in two shifts. The workplace is located in Kerava with good transport connections. We expect from you: a relevant vocational qualification in machine- and production technology or equivalent practical experience; proactive and responsible work attitude; precision and organizational skills; good teamwork and planning ability; desire to learn and grow; fluent Finnish. Nice to have: previous experience with machines or production equipment; prior experience with similar roller coating tasks.
