Banquet Hall Manager

Banquet hall manager position at Original Sokos Hotel Vaakuna, Helsinki. 10th floor – Skyline restaurant in Helsinki’s best location. We are looking for an experienced, energetic and customer‑minded banquet hall manager to lead the 10th floor dining hall operations with a professional team. The role is permanent and part‑time at 90 hours per 3 weeks. As banquet hall manager you will act as the supervisor of the shift team and enable the team’s success in their work. We expect several years of experience in restaurant banquet service supervisor roles, as well as a proactive attitude toward customer service. Strong Finnish language skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, a strong customer orientation, and a sales‑minded and development‑oriented approach to your work and to developing the team’s operations are required. The job includes shift work, including weekends. We expect: shift leadership skills and experience in the restaurant sector; customer‑oriented attitude; hygiene and serving license; fluent Finnish and English; willingness to work shifts, including weekends; ability to work in a changing operating environment.
