This role requires empathy, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail, and you will collaborate with internal teams to meet customer expectations. How You’ll Make an Impact Customer Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for customers and supported employees, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely, professional manner while adhering to SLAs. Provide accurate information regarding services, processes, and solutions. Resolve customer issues, escalating as needed while owning the resolution. Customer Satisfaction: Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction metrics, proactively working to improve scores and suggesting initiatives.
