B2B Sales Representative

B2B-SALES REP FOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT - VALOKUITUNEN OY We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic salesperson for B2B property management sales in the Vaasa region! This role involves field sales primarily, with phone and email outreach. You will also participate in housing association meetings to persuade residents to join fiber optic, so presentation skills are required. The work includes meeting residents at their homes, from which the sales process moves to negotiations with the housing association itself. Housing associations are medium-sized, mainly row houses and small apartment buildings. Typical day includes: start 10-12 from office/remote, calendar check, emails, follow-up, arranging visits by phone, field outreach around 15, housing association meetings, board paperwork, contract finalization, and return home around 18-19. Requirements: strong motivation for sales, enjoy face-to-face selling, independent and proactive work style, positive can-do attitude, good interpersonal and presentation skills, B-driver license and own car.
