Shift Supervisor

Primary location: Mikkeli, Finland. We are hiring a Shift Supervisor for Osuuskauppa Suur-Savon Siivouspalvelut at Original Sokos Hotel Vaakuna in Mikkeli. This is a permanent, full-time position (112.5 hours per 3 weeks). Start date will be determined by the contract. We expect experience in the cleaning sector and value a personable, trustworthy approach to working as a shift supervisor. You will operate as a front-line manager in the Mikkeli cleaning services unit, responsible for supervising and distributing duties within your shifts in collaboration with the unit cleaning supervisor. The role involves considerable coaching and onboarding, so you should enjoy leading by example and respecting diverse learners. You should also be committed to improving operations. If you possess a positive attitude, good social skills, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, you may be the person we are looking for. Flexibility and willingness to work varied shifts are required. Most importantly, you should bring a customer-focused attitude and a cheerful disposition that engages clients and colleagues. The job is part of Marava-TES with a salary range of €2,280–€2,476 depending on experience and education, plus TES allowances. A monthly performance bonus can be earned based on unit goals.
