Would you like to take a leading role in coordinating and driving the design of complex construction projects in an international and fast-growing environment? We are currently looking for a Design Manager to join FiveNines Group in Finland. As a Design Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating design activities throughout the entire construction lifecycle. Working closely with clients, designers, project teams and other stakeholders, you will ensure that design processes run smoothly, requirements are met and information flows efficiently across the project organisation. In this role, you will lead design meetings, oversee external design teams and collaborate with multiple disciplines to ensure successful project delivery. You will play a key role in maintaining design programmes, driving value engineering initiatives and supporting innovative design solutions from tender stage through to project completion. To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related field. Experience in design coordination, construction projects and technical design management will help you excel in this position. Experience with temporary works design and public realm or landscaping projects is considered an advantage. We are looking for a proactive and collaborative professional with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You enjoy working in a fast-paced project environment, are comfortable managing multiple priorities and can confidently bring people together to achieve common goals. You have the ability to present ideas clearly, challenge solutions constructively and motivate others around you.
