Machine Operator

We are seeking a machine operator for our client in Kiikka, Sastamala. Your duties include operating a machine, quality control and, when necessary, packing products. You will receive comprehensive onboarding, so previous experience is not essential. What matters most is a positive and careful approach to work. The work will initially begin as urgent temporary cover as soon as possible. A suitable candidate may have the opportunity to work full-time. What we expect from you: - Availability to work morning and evening shifts (6:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00) - Readiness for occasional night and weekend work - Accuracy and an interest in production work What we offer: - Work that is quick to learn - Proper onboarding and support at the start - The opportunity to continue for a longer period over the summer The starting pay is €11.00 per hour in accordance with the rubber industry collective agreement.
