Senior Associate / Associate -juristi teknologiatiimiin

We are seeking a senior associate/associate lawyer to join our technology and data protection practice at Erottaja Law Office. You will work on a range of assignments, from drafting and negotiating commercial agreements to providing advisory services related to data protection, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and digital businesses. You will collaborate closely with clients, colleagues, and other specialists and actively contribute to the development of the firm. Your duties include: drafting, commenting on, and negotiating ICT industry contracts (including outsourcing, software licenses, cloud service, maintenance and project agreements); providing legal advice on data protection (GDPR), cybersecurity, AI and digital business topics. What we expect: at least about two years’ post-qualification experience, especially in ICT contracts in a law firm or an industry company; good understanding of technology regulation related to data protection, data, AI, cybersecurity or other digital business topics; willingness to share knowledge and support the team’s development; excellent Finnish and English language skills, both spoken and written.
