Sr. Director, Security - Zapier - Remote - Global

At Zapier, we build and use automation every day to make work more efficient, creative, and human. We are looking for a Sr. Director of Security to lead the security organization at Zapier, our most senior security executive, with high growth potential toward Chief Security Officer. The role involves setting security strategy for an AI-native SaaS platform, leading teams in application security, infrastructure security, detection & response, and GRC, and partnering with executives across the company. The candidate should be a pragmatic, engineering-oriented SaaS security leader with deep expertise in security disciplines, fluent in cloud and identity threat models, and capable of managing risk and leading change. Responsibilities include developing security vision, managing detection & response, communicating risks, and shaping product security features. The role requires staying on the bleeding edge of AI and security threats, building strong partnerships, and leading security change across the company. The application deadline is August 1, 2026.
