Personal Assistant

A position as a personal assistant is available through the Keski-Suomen hyvinvointialue to support a 41-year-old woman in Jyväskylä, Ristikivi. The caregiver will assist with daily living tasks including running errands outside the home, facilitating communication, cooking, cleaning, laundry, clothing care, hygiene, toilet assistance, changing protective gear, and dressing. There are no heavy lifting requirements. The client lives with a dog and is active in dog sports and generally athletic. A driving license, own car, and the ability to care for dogs are essential for performing the job. Having knowledge and understanding of autism is desired. The employer prefers a non-smoker female assistant due to the nature of the role. Training will be provided alongside the current assistant. Pay is according to the Heta TES B2 with potential supplements. Positions are private-subsidized. The chosen candidate will be employed to assist the client; interviews and hiring decisions are communicated personally.
