Electrical Supervisor

Granlund is seeking an experienced electrical supervisor for data center projects to join on a full-time and permanent basis. What you will do: As an electrical supervisor, you will participate in demanding data center projects as a trusted expert for the client. Projects are large-scale and technically demanding, and you will leverage your years of experience to deepen expertise in constructing critical environments. You will be responsible for on-site electrical supervision and ensure that implementation proceeds in accordance with plans, with high quality, safety and according to the agreed schedule. You will provide input on implementation plans, perform installation supervision and actively participate in site rounds and contractor/project meetings. If necessary, you will address deviations, report observations and ensure the client stays up to date on project progress. You will work in close cooperation with clients, contractors, designers and other project participants. The project environment is often international, and data center projects are underway and planned across Finland, so travel to project sites will be required. What kind of professional we are looking for: We seek an experienced electrical professional with a track record from demanding projects. Background could be from large commercial buildings, industrials, hospitals or other critical sites. The candidate should be capable of independent, systematic, proactive work and documentation. Strong interpersonal skills in Finnish and English are required. Willingness to work on projects across Finland. Additional plus: FISE qualification for electrical supervisor; experience from data centers or other critical environments; experience from international projects or international project environments.
