We are looking for a Program Coordinator (temporary) to join our AI Transformation Office for a period of 12 months. In this role, you will support the day-to-day execution of Metso's AI transformation program by coordinating activities, supporting governance and communications, and helping ensure effective collaboration across multiple stakeholders and initiatives. Your work will contribute to the successful delivery of strategic AI-driven transformation initiatives and help accelerate business value realization across Metso. You will report to the Head of AI Enablement. This role is based in Espoo, Finland. Team you will belong to You will join a team of experts focused on accelerating AI adoption across Metso. Our team plays a key role in helping Metso unlock value from artificial intelligence by enabling enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, building internal capabilities, and supporting the adoption of new ways of working. We share a common objective of ensuring that AI creates measurable business impact while supporting our people through change. We collaborate closely with business leaders, HR, communications, IT, finance, external partners, and transformation teams across Metso. Our team is based across multiple locations globally, and our ways of working emphasize collaboration, accountability, continuous learning, and getting things done together. What you'll do Coordinate meetings, workshops, governance forums, and leadership reviews across transformation initiatives. Track actions, decisions, risks, dependencies, and key milestones, helping ensure timely follow-through and visibility. Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, meeting summaries, and leadership materials. Support communication and stakeholder engagement activities across the program. Maintain program documentation, trackers, repositories, and reporting tools. Collaborate with stakeholders across business, HR, communications, IT, finance, and external partners. Assist with planning, logistics, and coordination of transformation activities, workshops, and events. Support the AI Transformation Office in driving operational excellence and effective program execution. What you'll bring Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Communications, Project Management, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Excellent proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Copilot, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and build positive working relationships. A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a willingness to take ownership of tasks. Interest in AI, digital transformation, or business transformation initiatives (nice to have). Previous experience supporting projects, programs, consulting teams, or transformation initiatives (nice to have).
