
We are looking for a hands-on IAM Engineer responsible for the operational maintenance, configuration, and continuous improvement of our Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platform (SailPoint Identity Service cloud). The role focuses on day-to-day support, onboarding of applications, troubleshooting, data quality improvements, and implementing changes to ensure stable and efficient IAM operations aligned with security and compliance requirements. Perform daily operational tasks for SailPoint, including monitoring, maintenance, and administration of identity lifecycle processes. Execute onboarding of new applications into the IGA platform, including connector configuration, attribute mapping, and testing. Implement role-based access control (RBAC), access reviews, and access policies within SailPoint. Maintain data quality by updating attributes, fixing inconsistencies, and coordinating with data owners to improve naming standards and unique identifiers. Troubleshoot IAM-related incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and apply corrective actions. Support patching, upgrades, and change management activities for the IGA platform. Generate operational reports and metrics for compliance and audit needs. Work with the IAM Architect to implement new capabilities, automation, and continuous improvements. Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure stable platform operations. Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and operational standards. What are we looking for? Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or other technical field. Relevant certifications are advantageous. Minimum of 5 years of technical experience working with Sailpoint, Preferable with experience with Sailpoint ISC. 3+ years of dedicated identity and access management experience. Proven hands-on experience with configuration and maintenance of connectors/integration and workflows with Sailpoint. Strong understanding of security principles and good practices. Good understanding of identity management and access control systems. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of identity technologies and concepts. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of directories, Single-Sign On (SSO), identity federation, privileged access management, automated life-cycle management. Good understanding of role and access modeling, Segregation of Duty controls, and access management. Intermediate knowledge of MFA, risk based and adaptive access control and protocols such as OpenID Connect, SAML, OAuth 2.0 and SCIM.
