Construction Supervisor

As a Supervisor Construction Management - Process System (m/f/d), you are on the construction sites overseeing our subcontractors as well as managing the execution of complex EPC projects or subprojects for plants and factories. Responsibilities include Construction management of high-tech industrial projects with a focus on electrical engineering; Ensuring standard-compliant installation and integration of electrical systems, including medium and low-voltage systems, power distribution and control technology; Coordination and supervision of subcontractors as well as an overall view of what is happening on site at the construction site; Checking and approving technical documents such as cable plans, circuit diagrams and test reports; Documenting construction progress and reporting to site management; Ensuring compliance with EHS regulations; Participation in site inspections, acceptance and coordination meetings; Recording and tracking defects; Taking measurements and checking the documents submitted by subcontractors; Completed apprenticeship construction engineering (e.g. master craftsman/technician (m/f/d)) or engineering degree in the field of electrical engineering, building services engineering or a comparable discipline; First professional experience in construction supervision or execution of electrical engineering projects; Knowledge of building laws, local regulations and standards is an advantage; Willingness to travel within the D-A-CH region and to stay at the project site for 5 days at a time; Strong intercultural skills, team spirit and an independent way of working; Very good written and spoken German language skills for smooth communication with some of the project partners; Very good knowledge of English; German driving license class B; Contact details for Sophie Engert via email.
