Process and Piping Design Manager

As a process and piping design manager at Granlund, you will oversee the entire piping design process in industrial and energy projects, ensuring quality and guiding your team. Your daily tasks include dimensioning, material choices, and technical specifications for equipment and instrumentation, participating in bidding and design, and collaborating closely with various design disciplines and clients. You will develop and build the mechanical and piping design functions, shaping the development path of the design team and contributing your ideas to grow the business. The role offers significant freedom and opportunities for success, with a focus on developing profitable, long-term customer relationships and broad expertise across design fields. You will work in a flat organization with active communication, support, and decision-making power. The salary range is €5,000–€6,500 per month, based on experience and potential.
