Team Leader

We are opening a new 44-bed elderly care home in Seinäjoki at Karhuvuori. We are looking for a Team Leader to help create a warm community, high-quality care and a safe home for residents even before the first residents arrive. In Metsätuuli, we offer both around-the-clock assisted living and communal living. As a Team Leader you will work with the manager, staff and residents to shape the culture, practices and active everyday life of the new Attendo home. You will have a genuine opportunity to influence how the home and the team come together. The role is 50% hands-on care and 50% administrative tasks. The job is full-time and permanent, with weekday morning shifts. The contract starts in November according to the agreement and the doors open to residents in December. Responsibilities include participating in daily care, developing resident-centered care, building a positive work climate, ensuring good onboarding and staff development. We ask for a suitable university degree in social and health care (nurse, gerontologist or social services), experience in elderly care, vaccination protection under the Infectious Diseases Act 48§ for the duration of the employment, hygiene passport or ability to obtain it within three months, criminal background check for longer than three months, social and healthcare card, medication licenses.
