Early childhood education teacher

We are seeking an early childhood education teacher for Norlandia Leppä in Espoo, to work with the 1–3 year old group. The role centers on guiding and supporting children’s learning and discoveries, with you as the pedagogical facilitator. You will be responsible for your own group’s pedagogy, guide children’s learning, and participate in the day-care’s development. You will utilize AI and digital tools to support planning and assessment, but your primary instrument is you as a professional who brings your own expertise and recognizes children’s needs and possibilities.
