Skilled Industrial Painter

We are seeking a skilled industrial painter for our client to strengthen the production team in Turku. We are looking for someone with experience in wet-painting metal parts and an eye for a high-quality finish. In this role, you will work on a varied range of metal-part surface-treatment tasks as part of an efficient production process. The position is full-time and permanent. The Technology Industries collective agreement applies, and the work is performed in two shifts. Your duties include: * Hanging metal parts ready for painting * Wet-painting components * Ensuring the quality and evenness of the painted surface * Handling components before oven curing * Removing and packing finished products * Other daily paint-shop and production tasks We expect you to have: * Previous experience in industrial painting/wet painting * Proficiency in spray painting * A careful and precise approach and a good eye for paint-surface quality * Initiative and a positive attitude to work * Readiness for physical production work * The ability to work both independently and as part of a team Relevant training is an advantage, but strong practical skills and experience are decisive.
