Job Details

Responsibilities

Serve as a central point of contact between clients, their internal accountants, and accounting firms
Investigate issues and provide fast, effective responses or escalate to technical teams
Assist businesses and accounting firms in migrating data onto Pennylane
Participate in onboarding via Pennylane Academy
Handle increasing complexity of client requests over time
Create and update client-facing help materials
Share accounting knowledge with colleagues
Voice client feedback to product teams
Develop into a product expert and identify improvements
Drive successful completion of projects aligned with client needs

Requirements

Accounting education (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS gestion PME-PMI, Master CCA or Bachelor Responsable admin et comptable)
At least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm
Direct work experience with a business owner is a plus
Proficiency with modern tools and technologies
Autonomy and problem-solving ability
Knowledge of Pennylane is a plus
Professional English level
Strong written communication and ability to interact clearly with users
Ability to understand and respond to client needs and provide excellent service
Ability to work independently and in a team
Flexibility to adapt to rapid tooling changes
Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with product evolution
