Job Details
Responsibilities
- Serve as a central point of contact between clients, their internal accountants, and accounting firms
- Investigate issues and provide fast, effective responses or escalate to technical teams
- Assist businesses and accounting firms in migrating data onto Pennylane
- Participate in onboarding via Pennylane Academy
- Handle increasing complexity of client requests over time
- Create and update client-facing help materials
- Share accounting knowledge with colleagues
- Voice client feedback to product teams
- Develop into a product expert and identify improvements
- Drive successful completion of projects aligned with client needs
Requirements
- Accounting education (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS gestion PME-PMI, Master CCA or Bachelor Responsable admin et comptable)
- At least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm
- Direct work experience with a business owner is a plus
- Proficiency with modern tools and technologies
- Autonomy and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of Pennylane is a plus
- Professional English level
- Strong written communication and ability to interact clearly with users
- Ability to understand and respond to client needs and provide excellent service
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Flexibility to adapt to rapid tooling changes
- Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with product evolution
