Responsibilities
- Translate internal briefs into analytical projects
- Use data from large-scale data warehouses and present statistically strong analysis
- Proactively identify opportunities for growth within supply
- Drive new analytical initiatives and projects to improve efficiency
- Identify, support, and lead projects to scale how Supply leverages data and insights
- Automate manual operational processes and report time savings from modernization
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in analytics/insights/strategy
- Bachelor’s degree in business or quantitative subject (e.g. computer science, mathematics, engineering, science, economics or finance)
- 3+ years of experience with BI tools (SQL, Tableau, Metabase or PowerBI)
- Experience in conducting A/B testing
- Experience in Python or R
- Knowledge of statistical modelling or machine learning techniques
- Strong stakeholder management experience; comfortable presenting to senior leadership and C-suite
- Strong ability to derive business insights and provide recommendations
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to develop simple yet clever solutions
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Data-driven decision making and performance measurement
- Comfort with ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and coordinate resources
