Are you a guide for humane working life and its brave renewal? Do you want to work to ensure that as many people as possible can participate in Finnish society as full members? If yes, Live Foundation is looking for a facilitator to join Ammattiopisto Live as an instructor for the cleaning and property services field. This permanent position is located at the Metsälä campus in Helsinki. The role involves supporting and guiding students in various work and study situations, supervising tasks such as yard maintenance, light maintenance and repairs, and monitoring building technologies. You will also plan and implement individual study paths in collaboration with teachers and participate in planning and preparation activities. The job is primarily day work, with occasional evening and weekend hours due to client situations (few times a year). You will drive on Live Foundation vehicles for visits (you do not need your own car). The role prefers experience with guiding young people requiring special support, a student-centered mindset, good communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to cope in challenging situations.
