We are hiring a traffic-area store employee for ABC Tikkula in Pori for a part-time position (20 h/week). The role is primarily on the Hesburger kitchen side. ABC Tikkula serves customers every day 24/7, so the job includes morning, day, evening and night shifts. Join our 24h team – do ordinary work in an exceptionally good team! The workdays are varied and often fast-paced, primarily in the Hesburger kitchen preparing foods, but duties also include counter service, customer service at the cash register, and other varied traffic-area store tasks. Shifts ensure the restaurant is kept clean and the high standard of customer service remains at the core of all tasks. We value prior Hesburger experience and similar customer service roles. The most important is an uncompromising service attitude, efficient work ethic, and willingness to learn and develop. We work for our customers together, so teamwork and genuine desire to serve and succeed are highly important values. Applicants must be of legal age and able to work all kinds of shifts according to ABC Tikkula hours. The traffic-area store wage is based on the retail industry collective agreement. Hourly pay is 10.51–14.08 €/h depending on training and experience. Evening and weekend allowances add to base pay.
