Are you a seasoned professional in the field with years of experience under your belt, but not ready to settle into full-time roles? We are seeking an experienced marine mechanic for flexible substitute work at Turku Meyer Werft shipyard and the Uusikaupunki shipyard. You will join on a schedule that suits you, covering sickness, summer vacancies and short-term resource needs. Responsibilities include on-site installation, commissioning and testing in the machinery rooms, with short onboarding and quick start. What we expect: strong experience in your trade at shipyards or on ships; ability to work independently and take on upcoming tasks; flexibility for short and varied work periods; residence preferably in the Turku region or the Uusikaupunki area with lodging arranged if needed.
