We are seeking energetic and proactive production workers for our Pyhännä plant for permanent employment in a two-shift production environment. The role combines practical tasks, use of production equipment, precision, and teamwork. The team prepares tasty, healthy and safe ready meals for professional kitchens. Our patented autoclave technology ensures products stay shelf-stable without preservatives, reducing food waste and delivering concrete value to customers. You will work as part of the production team in various stages of ready meals production, including operating and monitoring equipment, disassembly/assembly/start-up of machinery, manufacturing, packing, quality control, line work, handling raw materials and products, self-monitoring and necessary record-keeping, and maintaining hygiene and safety at the workstation. The job is physically demanding, mostly standing and moving, with repetitive motions, lifting and carrying, requiring good physical condition. We look for a motivated, eager-to-learn person with a can-do attitude, ready to work in a team and follow safety, quality and hygiene guidelines. Previous experience in food industry or production is an advantage but not mandatory; we will train you. Proficiency in Finnish is required for understanding work and safety instructions, and a valid hygiene pass is required. We cannot have food allergies or intolerances that would hinder safe handling of raw materials. We value practical, active people who are ready to help a colleague and ask questions when something is unclear. It is important to do your work safely and thoroughly until completion.
